I installed a 6.6KW solar panel with Growatt 15KWH battery system last October through your company. It was Ryan M to deal with it. The system works OK so far. Ryan managed to offer me another 6.6KW solar panel with Fox Ess 42KWH battery system for my other dependent house. It was installed yesterday. Would like to also commending Malcom from Support/Installation site for his attentive response and update when I was needing clarification of a newly installed solar+battery, particularly with the configuration of metercompensation adjustment on FoxESS inverter. His turnaround time was less than 24hr of receiving the request.

A friend recommended Solar Miner. James (sales) was super helpful in advising on the available solar and battery combination options available from Solar Miner (I went with Astronergy 440W Bifacial solar panels, FoxESS 9.9kW inverter and 41.9kWhr Fox Battery system) and he came up with an excellent price. He talked me through the process and was clear about what was possible. I requested that Tarun supervise the installation (again on recommendation from a friend) and James ensured that happened. Tarun is excellent - our initially planned location for the battery wasn't possible (I should have requested him to come to my house prior but I was in a rush) so he developed an alternative solution on the spot. That required construction of a mounting board which he arranged easily and the cost was very reasonable. I couldn't speak more highly of James and Tarun and the finished product is fabulous! :)

The system was installed in 1 day, 16 days after the quote rprofessional and clean. 4 days later we were using solar power. After a few week we had some questions in an effort to make sure we were getting the most out the system. Malcom in the service department looked at the way the system as been working and in one phone provided all the answer and explained in detail the whole process.

I’d like to thank Duke from Solar Miner for organising the installation of our 42kW FoxESS battery system. The whole process was smooth and efficient, it only took 7 days from initial enquiry to installation. Very impressed with the service and turnaround time.
