Had an issue with Solax Inverter stopped working just over 2 years after installation. I called Solar Miner customer service and spoke with Brett. He asked me to turn the unit off and then on again, but this did not fix the problem.
Brett then notified the Solax manufacturer, and after sending them some photos, they decided after 4 weeks to send a new Inverter, which was changed over by our local electrician. When the electrician got the roof to turn the system off, he commented on what a neat and great job the installers had done.
