Solar Miner's Malcolm was super helpful in resolving this Growatt ShinePhone issue. My ShinePhoneApp was not working and he persisted with Growatt as though it was his problem. Thanks a lot Malcolm, it works now.

From initial contact with Jenny and technical liaison with Victor followed by an inspector’s sign off the whole process was completed within 10days. Installers were very professional if I had one issue it was the boxes and non recyclable packaging left on site. We had av 41.94kWh battery and inverter fitted to an existing. Battery is cranked up to 100% capacity very happy with Solar Miner. BTW lowest quote I received.
