I had a Solar Minor Solax system installed in December 2019 and have experienced no issues with the system itself—it has consistently delivered excellent savings on electricity bills, exactly as promised by the sales team.

During the initial installation, a few roof tiles were damaged, which the company promptly addressed under their workmanship warranty. However, nearly six years later, I noticed a recurring leak in the same area. I reached out to Malcolm, who took my concerns very seriously and handled the situation with honesty and professionalism.

To my surprise and appreciation, he arranged for the installer to come and repair the issue on a Sunday morning, exactly when I requested. This level of commitment to customer satisfaction is rare and truly world-class.
