This federal program offers a 30% discount on the purchase and installation of eligible small-scale battery systems when connected to new or existing rooftop solar panels. The rebate is available to homeowners, small businesses, and community facilities. Batteries must be between 5 kWh and 100 kWh in capacity, with the rebate applying to the first 50 kWh of usable capacity.

• 11–13 kWh systems: Approximately $4,000 off the installation cost.
• 50 kWh systems: Up to $18,600 in savings.
